Consumption calories depend heart rate
Any exertion results in your body expending energy (calories), and the more intense the exertion, the more calories are burnt. We've created a device that allows you to determine how much fat you burn at what heart rates. Please note that, while elevated heart rates indicate that a lot of calories are being spent, such rates might be detrimental to your health.

To optimize your weight loss, we suggest utilizing the Karvonen method to determine a heart rate range to be applied to your training sessions. Take the maximum heart rate value of that window and use it as a reference. While your heart rate is within the Karvonen range, energy expenditure translates into fat oxidation. Knowing your resting and maximum heart rates you will be able to use our calculator to determine how many calories you burn in a standard hour-long training session.
